This is a passion project I have been throwing around, created for all the film buffs out there. This app is a mix of social media and movie magic.

The heart of this app? Reviewing and sharing movies. The idea was to turn the solitary activity of watching movies into a shared experience. So, I thought, why not build an app that not only allows users to jot down their thoughts and reviews but also lets them share movie recommendations with friends, keep track of watched movies and create lists for friends to enjoy?

One feature I am particularly proud of is the ability to create "Movie Bucket Lists". Users can build custom lists of films they want to watch in the future, or curate themed collections like "80s Classics" or "Mind-Bending Sci-Fi". What makes it even better? They can invite their friends to collaborate on these lists. Talk about a weekend plan, right?

Design-wise, we wanted to keep things light, engaging, and user-friendly. The interface is dark for better experience in low light environments, minimalistic, making it visually enticing yet easy on the eyes. Each movie has its own info card - like a mini billboard - displaying important details, ratings, and user reviews.

The heart of this app  though, is its social aspect. Users can follow their friends, like, comment on their reviews, and share their thoughts - like any other social platform but with a cinematic twist.

Combining my love of product design and film has been a fantastic way to spend my free time. Hopefully someday I will see this app become a reality!
